Apparently Casey Luskin from the Discovery Institute (a Seattle-based creationist think tank) doesn't like this video:
So the Discovery Institute has decided to file a copy right infringement claim against it. It turns out they don't really have the legal right to do this, as the don't actually own Fox News. What we see them engaging in is an attempted act of censorship rather than debate.
